Millennium Healthcare Management, LLC administers all billing and collections services for our clinic.  The Metairie business office is open Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm CST.  Please call 504-831-3112 or toll-free 1-877-831-3112 for all account questions.  The automated attendant will prompt you to leave the correct clinic, so please listen for the extension number of the clinic.  Due to high call volume, you may be asked to leave a message and your call will be returned within one business day.
